School Day

We know that a calm, positive start to the day helps children settle quickly and be ready to learn. Please ensure that your child arrives on time each day.

Morning Arrival

School gates open: 8:50am

Children should arrive between 8:50am and 9:00am. Classroom doors are open during this time, allowing children to come into school, settle and begin their morning learning.

Registers close: 9:00am

Children arriving after 9:00am will be marked as late.

Lunchtime

Reception and Key Stage 1: 12:00pm

Key Stage 2: 1:20pm

Lunchtimes provide children with an opportunity to enjoy a healthy meal, socialise with friends and spend time playing outside.

End of the School Day

School finishes: 3:20pm

Children are dismissed from their designated collection points. Parents and carers are asked to collect their children promptly unless they are attending an after-school club.

Total Time in School

Our compulsory school week is 32 hours and 30 minutes, in line with the Department for Education's expectation for all mainstream state-funded schools.
